The DTF roll is a premium‑coated PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film engineered specifically for the DTF heat‑transfer process. It enables full‑colour digital printing of designs (including white ink) onto the film, followed by application of hot‑melt adhesive powder, drying/melting, and subsequent transfer onto fabric or other substrate via heat press. The coated film supports excellent ink absorption, vivid colour output, and robust washing durability. Available in roll form (e.g., 30 cm, 60 cm widths × 100 m length or custom widths), it is designed for production use (batch printing) as well as smaller jobs. Typical transfer parameters include heat in the range ~130‑180 °C, press times from ~8‑20 seconds, and hot‑peel or cold‑peel peel‑off options depending on film grade.
